What Our Clients Say

This wasn't a straight forward range hood installation. Thanks for going the extra mile and saving me time and money by modifying the existing cover. Looks great and is working perfectly. Appreciate your great service.
We complicated matters by wanting a hybrid solution of induction and gas.
Rob, Wendy, and the team at Addison Appliances helped us navigate this and we arrived at an elegant solution.
The team did everything they needed to quickly, cleanly, and efficiently.
Would definitely recommend.
I can unequivocally recommend this business to anyone needing their appliances installed. Thank you very much, Robert!
I highly recommend this company
Even if it meant that they needed to get down and muddy, they also went above and beyond to provide us the friendly and professional support we needed to make sure things went smoothly. The difference between our old and new hot water heat pump is as clear as night and day and so much better! I highly recommend. Thank you very much!
Wendy was my primary point of contact, and she was amazing. She answered all of my questions quickly and was very accommodating. Her friendly tone and smile in her voice made the experience even better. After the job was completed, Wendy followed up with me to ensure I was happy with the service and the installation. Rob kept me informed about all upcoming appointments and any changes, which I really appreciated.
Michael, the electrician, and Jonty & Alex, the plumbers, were all extremely professional, efficient, and respectful. They kept me informed about what was happening during the installation. Michael even installed a new shelf for my oven to sit on and ensured it was safe and up to code.
During the rangehood installation, Jonty & Alex discovered that the duct stopped in my ceiling and had yet to be taken through my roof, which I was unaware of. They also made me aware that my rangehood was a little smaller than the space and that there would be a small gap either at the back or the front, which would mean it would not be inline with my cupboard doors. They rectified this by bringing the rangehood inline with my cupboard and leaving a little gap at the back, which is not noticeable and was a great outcome.
The pricing for the service provided was reasonable, and the work was delivered with high professionalism and quality. I will definitely use Addison's services again when I upgrade my cooktop and range hood ducting. Thank you, team!
As the only company that either answered our calls or emails, Addison has absolutely fantastic customer service, helpful from start to finish. They reply to any questions very promptly and a big Thankyou to the 2 men that installed our new Westinghouse electric oven and gas cooktop.
Very happy customers 😊
