Not always. If your home has an existing circuit that can handle the power draw of the new induction unit, we can often use it. If you are converting from gas to induction, there is usually no existing electrical circuit, so a new dedicated circuit needs to be installed. To work this out, we ask for a photo of your switchboard and photos of the cooktop area. For more complex jobs, a site visit may be required before we provide a final quote.

Yes, we regularly install rangehoods in kitchens without existing ducting. We assess the best route for external ducting to keep the rangehood running efficiently. Sometimes we need to cut through walls or ceilings to achieve proper ventilation. We work with all types, including canopy, undermount, slideout, downdraft, island and ceiling mounted rangehoods.

No. All gas appliance installations in Australia must be carried out by a registered gasfitter. Our team installs every gas cooktop safely, leak tests it, and makes sure it complies with Australian Gas Standard AS/NZS 5601.

Yes, we provide on site stone and timber bench cutting to fit cooktops, sinks, and other built in appliances. We use precision tools and dust extraction for a clean, accurate cut without damaging your benchtop.

Stainless steel strips fill gaps between appliances and cabinetry for a clean, professional finish, and they protect cabinetry from heat. We use a third party to custom cut them, then return to fit them for a seamless look.

Yes, we carry out functional cabinet modifications so your new appliance fits correctly. This includes shelf removal, panel trimming, and ventilation cutouts, all done on site. Please note these modifications are functional and basic. We are not cabinetmakers and cannot match colours, finishes, or custom edging. Our focus is making sure your new appliance fits safely and securely.

Common signs include excessive noise, reduced suction, burning smells, or the motor not starting at all. We specialise in Qasair and Sirius motor replacements and can diagnose the issue and fit a genuine replacement motor on site.

Yes, our team handles the full dishwasher installation including water supply connection, drainage, and electrical. We make sure everything is properly sealed, level, and tested before we leave.

In most cases, yes. We can extend water supply and drainage lines to suit a washing machine in a new position. We assess feasibility during quoting and handle all plumbing and connection work.
