Needing gas plumbing and electrical work undertaken on the same day, I was really impressed with the efficiency of the Addison team. Absolutely incredible company! Addison Appliances helped us upgrade our existing gas stove with an induction cooktop which involved running new electrical circuits and cutting our kitchen bench top to fit the new one. We were very anxious about the whole process - and we are so grateful that we found Addison! Their installation team communicated so well throughout the job, they were neat, tidy and affordable. Worth every cent! Thank you for doing such a wonderful job!
We needed a new range hood and called on Addison. They were extremely professional and came when they said they would and kept us fully informed if they were going to be a little late. The team did a great job of installing our new hot water heat pump despite facing challenges of water being switched off by SE Waters, loss of power on the day and a bit of rain.
Even if it meant that they needed to get down and muddy, they also went above and beyond to provide us the friendly and professional support we needed to make sure things went smoothly. Can't recommend highly enough! Our hot water system died, so I popped onto Solar Victoria, found Addison Appliances, and they took care of the rest. Organised the emergency installation, took care of all the rebate bits and pieces, and also managed to organise an electrician to come out at very short notice. Everyone we worked with was so lovely, communicative and prompt. Thank you to Wendy and the team!

I recently had an oven and range hood installed, and Addison provided exceptional customer service throughout the entire process. They were always helpful, honest, and communicated promptly.
Wendy was my primary point of contact, and she was amazing. She answered all of my questions quickly and was very accommodating. Her friendly tone and smile in her voice made the experience even better. After the job was completed, Wendy followed up with me to ensure I was happy with the service and the installation. Rob kept me informed about all upcoming appointments and any changes, which I really appreciated.
Michael, the electrician, and Jonty & Alex, the plumbers, were all extremely professional, efficient, and respectful. They kept me informed about what was happening during the installation. Michael even installed a new shelf for my oven to sit on and ensured it was safe and up to code.
During the rangehood installation, Jonty & Alex discovered that the duct stopped in my ceiling and had yet to be taken through my roof, which I was unaware of. They also made me aware that my rangehood was a little smaller than the space and that there would be a small gap either at the back or the front, which would mean it would not be inline with my cupboard doors. They rectified this by bringing the rangehood inline with my cupboard and leaving a little gap at the back, which is not noticeable and was a great outcome.
The pricing for the service provided was reasonable, and the work was delivered with high professionalism and quality. I will definitely use Addison's services again when I upgrade my cooktop and range hood ducting. Thank you, team!
