      FAQs

We sure can! Our team is happy to answer any questions you may have and share our experience with our clients

      Yes we can!

While the manufacture of caesar stone benchtops in new kitchen builds has now been banned in Victoria, our work safe trained professionals are approved and certified to cut stone benchtops to allow new appliances to be installed.

Our professionals utilise PPE and dust extraction machinery as specified by work safe to achieve safe and no mess cutting work.

So if your new appliance requires a larger benchtop cut out area than that of your old appliance, the chances are our team will be able to make it fit.

      Yes we do!
Our technicians will dispose of your old appliances at local metal scrap yards.

Please note that our technicians will not dispose of packaging waste from the new products as we kindly ask our customers to dispose of such waste in their recycle bin.

We can steer you in the right direction. Addison’s administration team will ask for the details of the products you are interested in having installed and they may also request a clear photo of the electrical circuit board in your home. Addison’s administration team will assess the specifications of the products and compare that with the maximum power supply at your electrical circuit board and advise you accordingly. You would not want to buy a product that will not work in your home, and our team is here to assure that doesn’t happen.

Yes, Addison are a Solar Victoria approved install firm! Addison’s administration team can secure significant savings for our heat pump customers, often in excess of $2000 in discounts. Contact us today to find out more.

Yes, Addison does regularly assist customers with minor cabinet modification work.

Please note, some aspects of cabinet work may be out of the scope of our installers in which case Addison may advise the client to hire a professional 3rd party cabinet maker. This may include building new drawers, constructing new cabinet doors or supplying unique coloured panels.

Addison installers can measure aesthetically displeasing gaps around appliances and request quotes to have custom made stainless steel or perspex plastic filler panels manufactured. These panels can be installed onto the cabinet at a later date. This can result in a quite a neat and cost effective finish!
